The Interactive Gaze Simulator visualizes how the eyes are controlled in real time by the extraocular muscles and their associated cranial nerves. As you move the cursor, you can see which muscles in each eye are activated or inhibited to achieve that gaze position. You can also apply common pathologies known to cause extraocular muscle restrictions to observe the resulting movement patterns and misalignments. The goal is to make the normally invisible neuromuscular coordination behind eye movements intuitive and tangible.
