We collect information such as your name, health number, contact details, medical history, exam results, and imaging. We use this information to provide examinations, recommend treatment, manage appointments, and handle billing.

With other healthcare providers when needed for your care
With you, upon request
With our electronic medical record provider, Visual Eyes, when we need technical support
As required by law
