Comprehensive Eye Examinations

We pride ourselves on providing very detailed, thorough eye examination to all patients.  We incorporate a significant amount of technology in each eye examination, and capture numerous images and scans per patient.  We feel that all this data is necessary to create an adequate baseline for new patients and provides the ability to analyze for trends at each subsequent exam.

Comprehensive Eye Examinations are $189.  We can direct bill most major insurance providers including Great West Life, Sunlife, Blue Cross, Green Shield.

Medical partial examination

All medically necessary eye examinations are covered 100% by Alberta Health Care, including red eyes, sudden vision changes, eye infections, painful eyes and diabetic eye examination.   Essentially any acute issue with the eyes is classified as medically necessary, and the exam will be tailored to diagnosing and treating the underlying issue.
